Jenkins Mountain Snowshoe Stampede.
At the Paul Smith's College VIC
- On Sunday February 16th
please join us as we run a 15K snowshoe ramble on and off of
the VIC trails, including a visit to the summit of Jenkins
Mountain. Registration opens at 9 AM. The race start is 10
AM. Entry fee is $25 per person. Prizes will be awarded.
The terrain starts off as rolling and then quickly spikes as
runners go up and over eskers and then up Jenkins Mountain.
Join us for one of the most challenging but fun snowshoe
races the East has to offer and is quickly one of the best
races in the Adirondacks.

The snow is calling.....
The Kiwanis Club of the Central Adirondacks
is sponsoring a snowshoe race at McCauley
Mountain in Old Forge, New York on Feb
The course is a rolling, around the mountain
trail. It is 8 K.
The race is held in conjunction with the
annual Old Forge Winter Carnival. There will
be other events going on at the same time on
the mountain. McCauley Mountain is a
compact, family friendly venue. (www.mccauleyny.com/
Registration is from 8:30 to 9:45AM. The
cost is $15.00.
